The only way to secure your Kindle data is to block the access to your Kindle by blacklisting the device
Blacklisting a Kindle will usually prevent access to your device's content. When a blacklisted device is connected to the internet, it can be disabled by Amazon
Call the Amazon customer service team and request them to block your device. Keep your serial number handy
Blacklisted Kindle can never be used again!
The classic Kindle e-ink devices such as Kindle Paperwhite cannot be tracked. However, Kindle Fire devices can be tracked if they are running Fire OS 3.2.5 or later.
Fortunately, there are ways to find a lost Kindle; even the e-ink versions!
